SHEIKH CHILLI TOMB and COMPLEX LOCATION - Thanesar town, Kurukshetra PERIOD      - 17th CE STATUS     - Protected by ASI DESCRIPTION -   Seikh chilli tomb is a famous and most beautiful monument in Haryana, Its also known as a Taj of Haryana. Seikh Chilli was a sufi saint and teacher of Mughal prince Dara Sikoh, the eldest son of Shahjahan, and this tomb was built by Dara sikoh in memory of our Sufi teacher. there is a another tomb in thix complex and believed to be of Seikh chilli's wife and his family.The tomb, overlooking the madarasa and standing on an artificial terrace, is octagonal in shape with the entrance in the south.
