Haryana is a north- Indian state which was founded in 1966 when the former state of Punjab was divided into Haryana and the modern Punjab. It is both the oldest and most modern of places. Delhi, Punjab, Rajasthan, Himachal Pradesh and Uttar Pradesh are the surrounding the states. The state was a major contributor to the “Harit Kranti”, the green revolution and is a good blend of traditional and modern cultures.  Haryana has also rich in Heritage monuments and Historical sites, Since Ancient time (Harrapan) Medieval, and Colonial time period.
               We will discuss about historical heritage which was created in ancient times in Haryana, in which Forts, Havelis, Tomb, Mosque, Stepwells etc. Some have become extinct and some are on the verge of extinction, the main reason is negligence of people and the government. The government needs to pay attention to the seriousness of this issue. And we as the citizen of a country that has had such a long history of heritage need to contribute to bring in a desirable change.There are some such Sites that show the Rich Heritage of Haryana and make us feel proud that in our Haryana, Like Delhi, Rajasthan, Gujarat, Madhya Pradesh.
